Monthly group sessions for anyone who is interested in learning and practicing Mindfulness Meditation.

Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, joining us for these sessions, as a way to incorporate this learning into your life.

You can attend these session either individually or as a series.

Sessions will start with practical mindfulness meditation practice,

followed by group discussion and exploration of personal experiences.

These sessions also has the potential to create a community of practitioners that share a common direction and can create a space for group support.
